There is a rumor in Bangladesh that evangelists offer people money to convert to Christianity. It’s a lie being spread by Muslim missionaries according to Compass Direct News. Bangladesh is northeast of India and many things are similar between northern India and Bangladesh. Last year (2007) was the most violent year ever for Christians since India’s independence. There were more than 1,000 attacks reported. Most of these were in the northern states, near Bangladesh. Many churches were destroyed, houses burnt, and people hurt. Please pray for our Christian brothers and sisters there. Keep them in mind as you take a luxurious bath, pray they will stay clean before God. When you cook, pray they will be filled with God’s word. When you drink water, pray they will thirst for God and He will fill them.
